Over the the years this has included hosting visits from the Director of the Getty Institute, ex-&#8220;Supermariners&#8221; and their relatives and the unearthing of new information on Hursley&#8217;s role in both World Wars, all of which has substantially added to our knowledge of the pre-IBM House and its occupants. Recently this has included participating in the excavations on the south lawn and conservation work on Merdon Castle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dave has built a <a href=\"https:\/\/hursleypark.wixsite.com\/history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comprehensive website charting the history of Hursley Park<\/a>.
